Just a quick note to tell you all I have scored the amazing opportunity of being an Optus Sound Scribe, and I’m working as one of 40 music journos for the next three months! DAY 17- The meaning behind your tumblr name.
Well as it seems, there are limited nicknames you can make from Lucy. Lulu and Lux being amongst them, Lux evolving somehow from Lucky….. Which is a pretty cool name actually, so I don’t mind it. Absolutely love George Orwell, 1984 is brilliant, and Animal Farm is another favourite of mine. The Sword of Shannara series by Terry Brooks is amazing and my favourite fantasy story, it’s like Lord of the Rings but with much better writing (not a huge fan of Tolkien’s writing style). DAY 03 - Your Favourite TV Show.
Unbelievable amounts of love for these three, which have all affected me profoundly. Not even kidding.
Dexter is just an incredible show on so many levels. Burn Notice is so underrated, Jeffrey Donovan is the hottest dude in the universe and it has Bruce Campbell…need I say more? And That 70s Show is basically the greatest and funniest sitcom of all time.
