Absolutely love George Orwell, 1984 is brilliant, and Animal Farm is another favourite of mine. The Sword of Shannara series by Terry Brooks is amazing and my favourite fantasy story, it’s like Lord of the Rings but with much better writing (not a huge fan of Tolkien’s writing style). I also love the writing and poetry of Edgar Allan Poe, he was the master of the macabre before Tim Burton even existed! I’m not sure if it counts as books, but I’m a huge graphic novel and comic book reader, Watchmen is absolutely incredible, along with Sin City and the Fables series. Vertigo is king.

but I really did enjoy all of Dan Brown’s books. Just sayin’.
